Gospel Today was created by Rafee McCAMERY from New York General Manger of McCAMERY PRODUCTIONS.
GOSPEL TODAY is composed of passionate musicians, (American, Caribbean, African.…) guarenteed to bring you and excellent performance.
The repetoire consists of original Gospel compositions by artistic director Rafee McCamery but also a few Gospel classics. Comforting, and dynamic….simply a wonderful ambiance of joy, jubilation, contemplation & adoration…
GOSPEL TODAY tours France, Europe and the rest of the world performing in neighborhood events, associations, enterprises, shopping malls, commercial centers etc.
For the end of year events Gospel Today proposes gospel performances in your town, church, hall, and even open air.

Biography of Rafee McCamery
Auteur/Composer/Singer/Producteur
Rafee McCamery is original from Manhattan New York.
The son of Gospel singer/guitarist he has always bathed in Afro-American music.
At the age of 15 Rafee discovered the pleasures of singing and performing and at that moment his musical career was lanced.
Years later simutaneously Rafee was also casted in a few television spots notably a national Levis 501 Blues jeans commercial (check Youtube 501 blues street singers).
Before traveling to Europe Rafee was choosen by the famous fashion designer / Jean Paul Gaultier and worked for a season as a runway model along with the wife of Singer David Bowie..Imman and son of Harry Belafonté… David Belafonté
A true globe trotter, Rafee traveled the world and being open minded by nature allowed himself to absorb and appreciate other cultures. One of those cultures would be France and it’s habitants.
Thanks to his charisma and rich vocal abilities Rafee made many wonderful encounters both musical and friendly. Those encounters enabled him to broaden his musical horizons both learning and perfecting several musical styles.
He has worked as melody man and co-composer for several labels and production companies and also colaborate with heavy weight producers like THE C&C FACTORY or artists like JOCELYN BROWN and others.
He also co-produced an underground Techno hit titled ‘Who am I’ on the Byte Records label in Belgium.
The track made it to n° 4 on the Hit Parade dance charts in Spain just under Madonna’s ‘Mr. DJ’.
He traveled as singer with Gospel / World group THE BLACK & WHITE EXPERIENCE through Italy, Spain,
Corse, Martinque, and the south of France and had the incredible pleasure of performing in several ZENITH’S and reknown theaters across Europe notably in Italy and Monaco.
Today Rafee composes and produces artists within his own production company McCAMERY PRODUCTIONS specialising in international live and studio music and is the artistic director of Gospel group GOSPEL TODAY an international Gospel group touring Europe and the world.
There are no limits to the possibilities and encounters that Rafee will continue to encounter. Various musical projects for the future including a musical as well as other musical tours with other groups Jazz, Soul, Pop….
